  1. If you require compact lab homogenizing & dispersing equipment, SN-JFS series manual lift variable frequency disperser generates high tangential velocity via high-speed motor-driven dispersing disc. Under centrifugal force, materials receive frequent hydraulic shear and mechanical effects. One single machine and container can finish both dispersion and stirring & homogenization workflows to simplify sample pretreatment.
  2. Five standard models are available: SN-JFS-550S, SN-JFS-550ST, SN-JFS-750S, SN-JFS-750ST, SN-JFS-1100ST, with power grades 550W,750W,1100W, processing volume ranges 0.5–5kg,0.5–8kg,0.5–10kg, all compatible with material viscosity up to 10000mPas.
  3. Equipped with integrated variable frequency controller with LED digital tube for clear real-time RPM display. AC variable frequency brushless motor delivers stepless smooth speed regulation, featuring low running noise, carbon-brush-free maintenance and stable performance under frequent speed adjustment.
  4. Standard dispersing impeller and sanding disc are supplied together with adjustable barrel locking bracket. SN-JFS-550S/550ST/750S/750ST models come with 1.5L double-jacket stainless steel barrel supporting coolant circulation for constant-temperature sample processing, smooth inner wall for easy cleaning.
  5. Two manual lifting structures optional: S model with square tube manual chain lifting, ST model with round tube manual spring lifting. The motor column can rotate 360° freely, SN-JFS-1100ST adopts extended 320mm lifting stroke for flexible labor-saving barrel loading & unloading, widely used for lab trial sample preparation of coatings, daily chemicals, biomedicine and new materials.
