  1. TGF series blast drying oven, also known as electric blast drying oven or desktop blast drying oven, features compact structure and easy movement. It is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and various laboratories.
  2. It is suitable for drying, baking, wax melting, disinfection and sterilization of non-flammable, non-explosive and non-volatile materials. Widely applied in biomedicine, food processing, scientific research, pharmaceutical raw materials and glassware drying.
  3. It can realize thermal denaturation of samples, thermal treatment of food and chemicals, coating curing, thermal hardening, moisture removal, dry heat sterilization, sterilization of biotech vessels and appliances, as well as drying of electronic components.
  4. Equipped with three-color LCD instrument panel and built-in self-diagnosis function. Microcomputer PID temperature controller supports overtemperature deviation protection and timing function. Self-developed hot air circulation system can automatically discharge water vapor inside the chamber.
  5. Two temperature range options: RT+10~250℃ / RT+10~300℃. Available volumes: 16L, 30L, 50L, 70L, 140L, 240L, 268L. All models adopt AC220V 50Hz power supply.

  7. Stainless steel inner liner and brackets feature beautiful appearance and corrosion resistance. New high-temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing strip offers tight sealing, high temperature resistance, anti-deformation property, no harmful substance precipitation and long service life.
  8. Overtemperature alarm threshold can be set freely. Once temperature exceeds limit value, the device will trigger automatic audio-visual alarm to avoid sample damage caused by overheating.
