  1. If you need equipment for material mixing, dispersion and homogenization pre-processing, SN-FS series digital high-speed disperser meets your workflow demands. Driven by high-speed motor, the dispersing disc generates high tangential velocity. Under centrifugal force, materials receive frequent hydraulic shear and mechanical effects. One single machine and container can finish both dispersion and homogenization procedures, integrating dispersing and stirring functions together.
  2. Four standard models are available: SN-FS-400S, SN-FS-400ST, SN-FS-1100S, SN-FS-1100ST, with two power grades 400W and 1100W. All models share speed range 100–8000rpm, processing volume covers 0.5–5L and 0.5–8L, suitable for small & medium batch processing of coatings, daily chemicals, biological samples and other systems.
  3. Equipped with LED digital tube speed display for clear real-time rotation reading. Adjustable barrel fixing bracket firmly holds the container to prevent offset during operation. AC brushed carbon motor supports stepless speed regulation with sufficient torque and stable output, featuring quick startup and wide adjustable speed range.
  4. Standard double-layer stainless steel barrel allows coolant circulation for constant-temperature sample processing, smooth surface for easy cleaning. Two lifting structures are optional: S square tube manual chain lifting, ST round tube manual spring lifting. The motor column can rotate 360° with sufficient lifting stroke for flexible operation.
  5. Widely used in laboratory R&D, lab-scale sample preparation and pilot small-batch production for coatings, ink, daily care, biomedicine, food additives and new material homogenization & dispersion. It adopts standard AC220V/50Hz lab power supply with simple operation.
  1. Equipped with LED digital display to show real-time running speed, convenient for checking and recording speed data during experiments for comparison and archiving.
  2. Matched with adjustable locking bracket to fix sample barrel firmly, preventing shaking and shifting under high-speed operation and improving operation safety.
  3. AC brushed carbon motor delivers sufficient torque with smooth stepless speed change, quick startup and wide adjustable speed range to fit material tolerance of different samples.
  4. Standard double-jacket stainless steel barrel supports circulating coolant access for constant-temperature dispersion. Smooth inner wall reduces material residue and shortens cleaning time.
  5. Two lifting types optional as required: S model with square tube manual chain lifting, ST model with round tube manual spring lifting to match different operation habits.
  6. The motor column can rotate 360° freely with ample lifting stroke, allowing flexible adjustment of dispersing head height and position for easy barrel loading and unloading.
  7. Standard dispersing impeller and sanding disc are supplied together, one machine completes both dispersing and sanding pre-processing without extra accessories purchase.
  8. Integrates dispersing, stirring and homogenizing functions in one unit, finishing multiple sample pretreatment steps without equipment replacement, cutting lab instrument cost and bench occupation.

  6. Multiple sizes of dispersing impellers and sanding discs are supplied as standard: 400W models equipped with Φ50/Φ60 discs, 1100W models add large Φ80 impeller for free replacement according to processing volume.
