TLG series vertical blast drying oven adopts vertical floor-standing structure. Small models can be placed on workbenches, and large-capacity models are floor-standing, suitable for laboratories and factory workshops.
It is used for drying, baking and constant temperature adaptability tests of electronic components, electric appliances, automotive, aviation, communication, plastic, machinery, chemical, food and hardware tools under constant temperature conditions.
Equipped with large three-color LCD instrument panel and built-in fault self-diagnosis function. Microcomputer PID temperature controller integrates overtemperature deviation protection and timing control for accurate and stable temperature control.
Self-developed hot air circulation system can automatically discharge water vapor inside the chamber. Double-layer tempered glass observation window allows direct viewing of internal samples.
Two temperature range options: RT+10~250℃ / RT+10~300℃. Available volumes: 30L, 75L, 140L, 250L, 420L, 640L, 660L, 960L, 1040L. Power supply includes AC220V and AC380V options.

Large three-color LCD panel displays multiple groups of operating parameters simultaneously with simple human-machine interface. Built-in self-diagnosis function directly shows fault codes for quick troubleshooting.
Microcomputer PID intelligent temperature controller is equipped with overtemperature deviation protection and timing display function, featuring high control precision and supporting long-time unattended drying experiments.
Double-layer tempered glass observation window provides reliable constant temperature insulation. The main door has large transparent glass viewing window with pull-out brackets and adjustable spacing, easy for sample removal and cleaning.
Long-handle zinc alloy outward flip door lock with two-stage rotary locking structure ensures tight sealing after closing, excellent heat insulation and less heat loss.
Forced convection hot air circulation duct with reasonable layout keeps air circulating continuously and guarantees uniform temperature in working area.
High-temperature circulating fan can run continuously for a long time to balance internal air flow. Special internal air channel optimizes air distribution and shortens temperature rise time.
Vertical floor-standing cabinet structure with electrostatic sprayed anti-corrosion outer shell. Stainless steel inner liner and brackets are beautiful, durable and easy to clean.
New synthetic high-temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing strip has strong sealing performance, anti-deformation property, no harmful substance precipitation and long service life.
Multiple safety protection supported, overtemperature alarm threshold can be set freely. Optional independent temperature limiter will cut off heating and trigger audio-visual alarm when exceeding limit to protect samples and equipment.
