  1. TLG series vertical blast drying oven adopts vertical floor-standing structure. Small models can be placed on workbenches, and large-capacity models are floor-standing, suitable for laboratories and factory workshops.
  2. It is used for drying, baking and constant temperature adaptability tests of electronic components, electric appliances, automotive, aviation, communication, plastic, machinery, chemical, food and hardware tools under constant temperature conditions.
  3. Equipped with large three-color LCD instrument panel and built-in fault self-diagnosis function. Microcomputer PID temperature controller integrates overtemperature deviation protection and timing control for accurate and stable temperature control.
  4. Self-developed hot air circulation system can automatically discharge water vapor inside the chamber. Double-layer tempered glass observation window allows direct viewing of internal samples.
  5. Two temperature range options: RT+10~250℃ / RT+10~300℃. Available volumes: 30L, 75L, 140L, 250L, 420L, 640L, 660L, 960L, 1040L. Power supply includes AC220V and AC380V options.

  8. New synthetic high-temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing strip has strong sealing performance, anti-deformation property, no harmful substance precipitation and long service life.
  9. Multiple safety protection supported, overtemperature alarm threshold can be set freely. Optional independent temperature limiter will cut off heating and trigger audio-visual alarm when exceeding limit to protect samples and equipment.
