High-Temperature Vacuum Drying Oven works under negative pressure. Its vacuum pump removes air and moisture to lower water boiling point and speed up drying. UR4, UR5 and UR6 are fan-free high-temperature vacuum drying ovens. The core difference lies in maximum working temperature: UR4 up to 400℃, UR5 up to 500℃, UR6 up to 600℃. No internal circulating fan prevents powder and light samples from scattering.
A vacuum pump extracts air and moisture to form negative pressure, lowering the boiling point of materials. It is widely used for vacuum dehydration, annealing and sintering of heat-sensitive, oxidizable, lithium/metal powder, semiconductors, ceramics and aerospace components.
Double-layer stainless steel inner tank with double explosion-proof glass window allows real-time sample observation without breaking vacuum. Unified vacuum index ≤133Pa, constant temperature fluctuation ±1℃, temperature resolution 0.1℃.
All series share identical volumes: 30L, 50L, 90L (AC220V 50Hz), 125L, 215L (AC380V 50Hz). Power rating rises with maximum temperature; UR4 has the lowest power while UR5 and UR6 adopt higher identical power.
Three control versions for each volume: LV with pointer vacuum gauge, LBV-I combined digital vacuum & temperature meter, LBV-II integrated color touch screen. Rotary vane pump, water circulator and soundproof cabinet are standard for all; LBV series are equipped with extra vacuum pump protector.
