• Manual lifting positioning: Operate dual-stage main & auxiliary lift to adjust and fix immersion depth of evaporation flask into heating medium, activate clockwise & counterclockwise intermittent rotation.
• Vacuum distillation workflow: Connect external vacuum pump and vacuum controller to build negative pressure, PID system maintains constant temperature automatically; condenser continuously condenses and recovers solvent, interval cycle timer can be enabled for short-cycle drying trials.
• Data export & firmware upgrade (optional): Export full runtime temperature & speed records via USB port after test completion for lab report archiving; local firmware upgrade is also supported through USB.
• Post-test shutdown sequence: Release system vacuum first, manually lift heating bath away from evaporation flask, stop rotation and heating; drain bath medium after unit & glassware cool down to ambient temperature, clean residual materials on sealing fittings.
• Long-term storage protection: Cut off power supply, wipe unit surface and drain residual solvent; detach glassware for separate storage to prevent PTFE sealing ring aging under long-term compression.

• Shockproof packaging: Standard protective packaging equipped with integrated high-density shock-absorbing inner cushion materials separating main unit, heating bath, glass components, power cord and printed user manuals for collision damage prevention during long sea & land transit; reinforced protective structure will be applied by default for bulk export orders.
