The TRX series dry heat sterilization box uses high-temperature dry air to kill microorganisms for sterilization. It is ideal for heat-resistant glass, metalware, Vaseline, oils and high-temperature resistant powder chemicals, but not for rubber, plastics or most drugs. The TPH series drying and cultivation dual-purpose box adopts forced air convection, widely used in universities, scientific research and production.

TRX series dry heat sterilization box adopts high-temperature dry heat air sterilization method. High-temperature dry air oxidizes and destroys microbial cell membrane structure to realize sterilization. It is suitable for dry heat sterilization of high-temperature resistant and moisture-free materials, metal utensils and glassware, not applicable for rubber and plastic.
TPH series dual-purpose drying & cultivation incubator is equipped with dual-mode control system: cultivation mode RT+5~80℃; drying mode 80~250℃. One unit meets two kinds of experiments including low-temperature cultivation and high-temperature drying.
All models are equipped with large-screen LCD microcomputer PID temperature controller with overtemperature deviation protection and fault self-diagnosis. Forced hot air circulation duct realizes fast heating and uniform temperature field.
Double-layer cabinet structure, electrostatic sprayed outer shell and stainless steel inner liner. Double-layer tempered glass observation window on door, drawer-style sample rack with adjustable partition spacing.
Available volumes: 16L, 35L, 50L, 70L, 140L, 230L. All models adopt standard AC220V 50Hz power supply with standard timing function 1~9999min.

Large-screen LCD instrument panel displays data in three colors with intuitive operation interface. Built-in self-diagnosis function allows direct reading of fault codes for rapid troubleshooting.
Microcomputer PID temperature controller with overtemperature deviation protection, real-time LCD temperature display and timing function to achieve accurate and stable temperature control.
Electrostatic sprayed outer shell with attractive appearance and durability. Stainless steel inner liner and load carrier are corrosion-resistant and easy to wipe and clean.
Large double-layer tempered glass observation window fitted on door; drawer-style sample rack with adjustable partition spacing for convenient sample access and chamber cleaning.
Long-handle zinc alloy outward flip door lock with two-stage rotary locking structure ensures tight door sealing, reduces heat loss and maintains stable temperature field.
Special built-in hot air circulation channel provides forced convection airflow to guarantee uniform temperature inside working area and shorten heating time.
High-temperature resistant low-noise motor matched with multi-blade centrifugal fan enables long-term continuous stable operation. Multiple built-in electrical protections cover leakage, short circuit, overheating and overload.
Parameter memory function prevents experiment data loss caused by power failure or unexpected shutdown. Overtemperature alarm threshold can be set freely, audio-visual alarm will be triggered automatically once exceeding limit.
Optional accessories: USB data transfer interface, intelligent program controller, RS485 communication interface, test port, micro printer, wind speed adjustment switch, color touch screen.

TRX dry heat sterilization box realizes sterilization by high-temperature dry hot air, suitable for dry heat sterilization of glassware, metal utensils and oily materials. It cannot be used for high-temperature intolerant materials such as rubber and plastic.
TPH dual-purpose drying & cultivation box supports automatic dual-mode switching: cultivation mode below 80℃ for microbial constant temperature cultivation; drying mode above 80℃ for high-temperature sample drying, one unit for two applications.
Forced hot air circulation system realizes fast heating and uniform temperature distribution. PID precise temperature control with 0.1℃ resolution meets high-precision experiment requirements of microbiology laboratories.
Double-layer thermal insulation cabinet with stainless steel inner liner. Double-layer tempered observation window on door allows sample observation without opening door.
Drawer-style adjustable shelves for convenient sample access and residue cleaning. Long-handle rotary door lock delivers excellent sealing and heat insulation performance.
Standard timing function 1~9999min. Optional intelligent program controller supports automatic multi-segment heating & cooling curves for unattended experiments.

What is the difference between TRX and TPH? TRX is dry heat sterilization oven, mainly for high-temperature sterilization of glass and metal tools. TPH is dual-purpose model for both cultivation and drying.
What is the temperature range of TPH cultivation and drying mode? Cultivation mode: RT+5~80℃; Drying mode: 80~250℃.
Can TRX sterilize rubber and plastic products? No, TRX adopts high-temperature dry heat sterilization, which is not suitable for rubber, plastic and other heat-sensitive materials.
