Class 100 Clean Drying Oven (Dust‑Free Oven) is designed for electronic product heat treatment and aging in dust‑free workshops to ensure precision and cleanliness. TBJ series Class 100 clean drying oven, also known as dust-free oven, is used for heat treatment of workpieces in dust-free workshops to guarantee workpiece cleanliness. It can be applied for drying and aging of LCD, CMOS, IS and semiconductor components, as well as drying and heat treatment of samples under high-cleanliness environment in pharmacy, laboratories and optical component industries.
Cleanliness Class 100 (ISO 5), equipped with high-efficiency air filter with filtration efficiency of 99.995%. Adopting forced hot air circulation, temperature range RT+50~250℃, temperature uniformity ±2.5%, constant temperature fluctuation ±1℃.
Color touch screen intelligent temperature control system supports three-stage program heating, operation tracking, password lock and data storage & export. Optional RS485 interface connects to factory MES system.
316 stainless steel fully welded inner chamber, electrostatic sprayed outer shell. Multi-layer heat insulation structure and spiral air duct, built-in fan forms positive pressure circulation to continuously discharge dust inside and maintain static cleanliness.
Available volumes:72L, 180L, 270L, 480L, 980L. Small-volume models adopt AC220V power supply; 480L and 980L large-capacity models adopt AC380V industrial power supply.

Intelligent temperature control system supports multiple controls including constant temperature, heating rate and timing for precise and reliable control. Equipped with screen password lock, three-stage program heating and operation track tracking.
Color touch screen with PID self-tuning; supports program storage, remote monitoring and alarm record query. Optional RS485 interface connects to laboratory MES system for data interconnection.
