Intelligent Transference Decolorizing Shaker

• LSK18-R07-S intelligent transference decolorizing shaker is developed for low-rpm and time-sensitive shaking experiments, including ELISA plate washing, enzyme immunoassay, protein synthesis, gel staining and destaining for nucleic acid hybridization, immune precipitation, Western blot, cell culture and pharmaceutical screening.
• It adopts fixed 7° rocking tilt angle with compact body to save bench space. Equipped with DC driving motor, the adjustable speed range is 10–80rpm. Dual independent LED screens display rotation speed and runtime separately, supporting continuous operation and timed auto-stop operation with timer ranging from 1min to 99h59min.
• The unit is fitted with integrated fixed work plate, total power 50W, auto-adaptive 100~240V 50/60Hz voltage, IP21 protection class. Overall dimension 294×348×123mm, net weight 3.1kg, max load capacity with platform 2kg, designed for long-term low-speed mild incubation and mixing.

• Labware placement and fixation
  Place ELISA plates, gel incubation boxes and petri dishes flat on integrated fixed work plate; the flat stable surface prevents sliding during low-speed reciprocating rocking.
• Power connection & self-check standby
  Connect 100~240V universal AC power supply, dual LED screens light up automatically for unit self-check and parameter adjustment standby.
• Operation mode & parameter programming
  Select continuous running or timed auto-stop mode as required; adjust knob to set 10–80rpm rocking speed and 1min–99h59min running duration, speed and timer are displayed on separate LED panels.
• Low-speed mild reciprocating rocking operation
  Start the shaker after parameter confirmation, it performs gentle back-and-forth rocking at fixed 7° tilt angle, low impact protects fragile gel and Western blot samples for long-time incubation and destaining.
• Standard post-test shutdown sequence
  Timed mode auto stops when time expires; continuous mode requires manual shutdown. Cut off power, take out all labware and wipe residual buffer liquid off the work plate.
• Long-term shutdown storage maintenance
  Disconnect power during long idle periods, remove all labware and wipe the unit surface clean; store under dry 5–40℃ low-humidity environment to extend service life of motor and electronic components.

• Packaging structure: Standard export hard color carton fully lined with high-density shock-absorbing foam, separate slots for main unit and power cord to prevent collision damage during long sea and land transit.
