  • Electrode installation: Align the electrode frame with the tank bayonet for snap assembly, no screws needed, easy disassembly for cleaning residual buffer liquid.
  • Gel tray installation: Choose the gel tray of matching size and place it stably in the tank to avoid glue leakage during gel pouring.
  • Hot agarose gel pouring: Pour freshly melted high-temperature agarose gel into the gel tray, insert the comb vertically, wait for gel solidification for sample loading.
