WIX-miniBLOT series Mini Vertical Blot Cells are professional vertical wet transfer instruments for laboratory Western Blot experiments, divided into 2-gel (Cat.No.10104001) and 4-gel (Cat.No.10119001) two models. The device transfers protein samples to NC membrane, PVDF membrane, equipped with platinum wire electrode and built-in cooling components to control heat buildup during transfer, ensuring stable protein transfer results, widely applied in molecular biology protein blot tests.
1.Support high-current fast transfer and low-current overnight transfer two working modes;
2.Built-in cooling unit for efficient heat absorption to avoid high temperature damaging protein samples;
3.High-purity platinum wire electrode, stable and durable for long-term repeated experiments;
4.Detachable transfer clip with sponge liner, easy to assemble and disassemble for gel placement;
5.Two specifications optional: 2-gel basic version and 4-gel high-throughput experimental version.

  • The mini vertical blot cell consists of transparent buffer tank, red electrode transfer frame, cooling module, transfer clip and power connecting wire. The transparent tank body lets users observe buffer liquid level and experimental status clearly. The independent cooling cavity can match external circulating cooling power supply for enhanced temperature control during long-time transfer. The matched multi-purpose tube rack of 4-gel model can store centrifuge tubes and glass plates for convenient experimental preparation. All contact parts are resistant to electrophoresis buffer corrosion.
