1. The chamber is constructed from stainless steel, capable of being filled with nitrogen and various inert gases. The process is adjustable, and the exterior design is aesthetically pleasing and elegant.
2. The door seal utilizes high-quality rubber material, while the insulation layer provides thermal insulation, minimizing heat
loss from the chamber and ensuring stable and reliable internal temperature.
3. Equipped with safety protection features such as overheating protection, overvoltage protection, and over-temperature alarm to ensure operational safety.
4. PID automatic temperature control continuously monitors the temperature and dynamically adjusts heating power to prevent overshoot or undershoot, reducing the need for manual intervention.
5. Supports programmed temperature rise functionality, allowing the preset of multi-stage temperature curves to adapt to complex process requirements such as gradient experiments, material sintering, pharmaceutical stability testing, and electronic component aging testing (optional).
