Precast Gel Vertical Electrophoresis Cells

Labcarta Precast Gel Vertical Electrophoresis Cells are developed for mini precast gel electrophoresis experiments. Two structural versions are available for loading 1–4 gels and 1–2 gels separately. The device matches mainstream mini precast gels from common experimental brands, fitted with Φ0.25mm platinum electrode. It completes electrophoresis for four mini precast gels within one hour, with unified overall dimension of 180×130×160 mm for stable electrophoresis tests.

• The electrophoresis device consists of outer tank and inner gel clamping frame, equipped with positive and negative electrode connecting wires. Fix precast gel on the inner clamping frame, assemble the frame into outer tank, inject electrophoresis buffer liquid, connect power supply to carry out vertical electrophoresis for protein molecular separation.
